	Company Director Pilot Pay: $350 Per Hour Company Directors are responsible for the overall running of the Unity Virtual Aviation Community.
	Senior Management Pilot Pay: $340 Per Hour The Senior Management rank is held by any member who falls under the Senior Management category. This includes the Deputy CEO, Chief Operations Officer and Divisional Presidents
	Hub Management Pilot Pay: $330 Per Hour The Hub Management rank is held by any Hub Manager in UVAC.
	Management Pilot Pay: $320 Per Hour The Management rank is given to all other management positions that do not fall into the above categories. This includes Assistant Hub Managers, Human Resources Manager and any other managers assigned by the CEO.
	Unity Senior Pilot Pay: $310 Per Hour A member is promoted to Unity Senior after completing 5000 hours flight time. A Unity Senior is able to fly up to and including Category D rated aircraft.
	Fleet Captain Pilot Pay: $300 Per Hour A member is promoted to Fleet Captain after completing 4000 hours flight time. A Fleet Captain is able to fly up to and including Category D rated aircraft.
	Senior Captain Pilot Pay: $265 Per Hour A member is promoted to Senior Captain after completing 3000 hours flight time. A Senior Captain is able to fly up to and including Category D rated aircraft.
	Captain Pilot Pay: $230 Per Hour A member is promoted to Captain after completing 2000 hours flight time. A Captain is able to fly up to and including Category D rated aircraft.
	Junior Captain Pilot Pay: $200 Per Hour A member is promoted to Junior Captain after completing 1250 hours flight time. A Junior Captain is able to fly up to and including Category D rated aircraft.
	Flight Officer Pilot Pay: $175 Per Hour A member is promoted to Flight Officer after completing 800 hours flight time. A Flight Officer is able to fly up to and including Category D rated aircraft.
	Master Pilot Pilot Pay: $150 Per Hour A member is promoted to Master Pilot after completing 500 hours flight time. A Master Pilot is able to fly up to and including Category D rated aircraft.
	Chief Pilot Pilot Pay: $100 Per Hour A member is promoted to Chief Pilot after completing 250 hours flight time. A Chief Pilot is able to fly up to and including Category D rated aircraft.
	Senior Pilot Pilot Pay: $60 Per Hour A member is promoted to Senior Pilot after completing 100 hours flight time. A Senior pilot is able to fly up to and including Category C rated aircraft.
	Pilot Pilot Pay: $45 Per Hour A member is promoted to Pilot after completing 50 hours flight time. A Pilot is able to fly up to and including Category C rated aircraft.
	Co Pilot Pilot Pay: $35 Per Hour A member is promoted to Co-Pilot after completing 25 hours flight time. A Co-Pilot is able to fly the Airbus A320 Series and up to and including all Category B aircraft.
	Cadet Pilot Pay: $25 Per Hour A member is promoted to the rank of Cadet after completing 10 hours flight time. A Cadet is able to fly up to and including Category B rated aircraft.
	Pilot Recruit Pilot Pay: $15 Per Hour When a Pilot is accepted into Unity Virtual, this is the Rank which they are assigned with. Until they complete the necessary number of verified flights and attain the necessary flight hours they will remain as a recruit. A Pilot Recruit is able to fly Category A aircraft only.
